AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run organization with over 60 years of experience in developing high-potential youths into global-minded responsible leaders.

AIESEC’s Scope
AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Our members are interested in leadership, management and world issues. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, gender, sexual orientation, creed, religion, national, ethnic or social origin.
 
AIESEC’s Approach
Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC enables its members the opportunity to participate in international internships, experience leadership and interact with a global network to support their development.

AIESEC’s Network

Our membership base consists of more than 50,000 youths in over 1,600 universities in 107 countries and territories. Local, National and International offices are managed by students or recent graduates. AIESEC is run by youths, for youths, enabling a strong experience to all its stakeholders. Together, the network manages relationships with over 4,000 partners, facilitates more than 10,000 international internships, provides more than 10,000 leadership roles, and organizes over 470 conferences each year.
