Global Talent Program
Access international talent from various backgrounds to work in your organization and support your organizational needs and initiatives. More than 50 organizations throughout Malaysia have taken in foreign talents from AIESEC.
- Candidates will work full time in your organization for 3 months – 12 months.
- Candidates’ profile varies from management to technical background.
- Candidates are current undergraduates and graduates in more than 1,600 universities where AIESEC is present.
- Organizations would be given the opportunity to interview the suitable candidates before the candidate/s start working in the organization.

Initiative Partner
